Avraham Burg was the Speaker of the Israeli Knesset, chairman of the Jewish Agency, Chairman of the World Zionist Organization and an interim President of Israel.
The simulations require participants to assume that nationwide elections were held for the entire area of Israel, the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem. That 5 million people voted, 300 Parliament members, President and Vice President were elected.
In each simulation the speaker is asked to give an opinion on the formula presented. Mr. Burg challenged the entire process and left the meeting.
In this simulation the IPC Parliament,
1) Ratified a constitution
2) Passed legislation for a Joint Passport
3) Passed legislation for a common Police force
4) Passed a declaration of peace
Each legislation was accepted by the leaders of Israel and Palestine.
