Ninety percent of the participants voted in support of a common government for the people of Israel and Palestine. The IPC parliament ratified a constitution, voted in favor of a Joint Economic Zone between Israel and Gaza, common Police force and to provide Palestinian and Israelis in the West Bank round trip transportation to beaches in the Mediterranean Sea.
