Despite frequent elections  Israel is unable to form a stable government. It is having its fourth election this month in an attempt to form a government. We will be discussing adding security and stability to the region  by creating a common third government that will serve the people of Israel and Palestine without dismantling the Israeli or Palestinian governments.
