Ninety Four percent of the participants supported a common federal government for the people of Israel and Palestine. The IPC parliament ratified a constitution, voted to give a veto power to the Israeli and Palestinian governments on issues in which they are indispensable and voted to make peace with Iran, Lebanon, and Syria. It also voted to rebuild Gaza and Southern Israel as well as creating a Joint Economic Zone between Israel and Gaza.
