The Parliament passed a constitution, voted to give a veto power to the Israeli and Palestinian governments on issues in which they are indispensable, voted on a way to rebuild Gaza and Southern Israel. They also voted to set a mutual independent delegation to negotiate peace with Iran, Syria and Lebanon and to seek U.N recognition.
