96 percent of the participants who voted agreed to the creation of a common federal government for the people of Israel and Palestine to achieve peace. The IPC parliament has passed a constitution, agreed to grant veto power to the Israeli and Palestinian governments, passed legislation for the reconstruction of Gaza and Southern Israel, and decided to form a foreign delegation to facilitate peace negotiations between Israel/Palestine and Iran, Lebanon, and Syria.
