All participants supported the establishment of a common federal government in Israel-Palestine to achieve peace. In the simulation, the parliament ratified a constitution, granted veto power to both the Israeli and Palestinian governments on matters affecting their sovereignty, issued a declaration of peace, and passed legislation giving the IPC exclusive jurisdiction over Gaza under its constitution until a legitimate Palestinian government is elected.
