Ninety-four percent of the participants who voted agreed that a unified federal government would bring peace to Israel and Palestine. In the simulation, the IPC parliament passed a constitution and agreed to grant veto power to both the Israeli and Palestinian governments. Additionally, they unanimously called for the reconstruction of Gaza and southern Israel. To aid in this effort, they requested a fifty billion dollar grant from the international community, including the Israeli and Palestinian governments.
