Eighty-three percent of the participants who voted agreed that establishing a federal government for Israel and Palestine would lead to peace.
The parliament approved a constitution and agreed to grant veto power to the Israeli and Palestinian governments regarding legislation that would impact their sovereignty. They also agreed to pursue peace with Gaza, Iran, Lebanon, and Syria. Additionally, they decided that if there are conflicting laws between Israel and Palestine, the IPC will enact its own laws in accordance with its constitution.
