100% of the participants supported a common government for Israel Palestine to make peace. The parliament passed a constitution, agreed to give the Israel government, the PA and Hamas a veto power over legislation affecting their sovereignty, agreed to build a railroad system connecting Israel and Palestine, agreed to build a Joint Economic Zone between Israel and Gaza and to compensate the original Palestinian refugees $100,000 each and their first generation descendants $25,000 each.
