Ninety-five percent of the participants who voted agreed that an Israeli-Palestinian Confederation is the best way to achieve peace. The parliament passed a constitution, agreed to grant veto power to the Israeli and Palestinian governments, decided to incorporate teachings of tolerance and understanding in the educational system of Israel and Palestine, and reached an agreement on a package to provide aid to the people in Gaza and Israel, including a ceasefire.
