93% of the participants supported a common government for the Israelis and Palestinians to make peace. The parliament passed a common constitution, agreed to give veto power to the Israeli government, the Palestinian Authority, and Hamas, agreed to refer Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Galant to the International Criminal Court for ordering the attack of May 9th, agreed on a mutual declaration of peace, agreed to create an independent foreign policy to make peace with Iran, Hizballah, and all neighboring countries, and agreed to remove the wall between Israel and Palestine.
