Ninety-three percent of the participants voted in favor of a common federal government for Israel and Palestine. Eighty-seven percent of the participants voted that Israel is not a safe place for Jews.
The IPC parliament ratified a common constitution for the people of Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. The parliament voted in favor of granting veto power to the separate Israeli and Palestinian governments on matters that violate their sovereignty. The IPC parliament also voted on a package of aid and a ceasefire for Gaza and Southern Israel.
