One hundred percent of the participants in the poll agreed that the best way to achieve peace is through a common government with equal representation for Palestinians and Israelis.
The parliament passed a secular constitution. They also agreed to grant veto power to the Israeli government, the Palestinian authority, and Hamas. Additionally, they agreed to implement legislation aimed at promoting tolerance and understanding in the Israeli and Palestinian education systems. Furthermore, they agreed to establish a railroad system connecting Israel and Palestine, as well as a Joint Economic Zone between Israel and Gaza.
