100% of the participants accepted a common government for the Palestinians and Israelis to make peace. The IPC Parliament passed a constitution, passed legislation for a Joint Economic Zone between Gaza and Israel, authorized the IPC to negotiate the creation of a Gaza/Israel Disneyland, and agreed on a declaration of peace.
