Jonathan Kuttab is a Palestinian human rights lawyer supporting One State. He felt that the IPC formula is not “good enough”. The IPC’s response is Winston Churchill’s statement that “perfection is the Enemy of progress”.
The IPC parliament passed a Constitution, gave the Israeli and Palestinian governments veto power, made a common declaration of peace, agreed on a creating Joint Economic Zones (in Gaza and Qalandia ) , compelled both educational system to teach peace and tolerance and created a Joint police force.
