Alon Ben-Meir just published his paper “The Case for an Israeli-Palestinian-Jordanian Confederation, Why Now and How?”. He argues that the Israeli, Palestinian and Jordanian sides will have to collaborate fully and permanently to create a Confederation. He does not advocate for the creation of a common government for the people of Israel and Palestine.
The IPC believes in the creation of a common government for the people of Israel and Palestine independently and separately from the Israeli and Palestinian governments.
In this simulation the IPC Parliament passed a constitution, agreed to give veto power to the Israeli Governments, the Palestinian Authority and Hamas. It agreed to create a Joint Economic Zones between Israel and Gaza and passed legislation to teach tolerance and understanding between Israelis and Palestinians.
