Eighty Two Percent of the participants supported a common Israeli Palestinian Confederation government to make peace.
The common parliament passed a constitution, agreed to give a veto power to the Israeli Government, the Palestinian Authority and Hamas over legislation effecting their sovereignty. It also passed a Declaration of peace, a demand for the Superpower to reduce the importation of weapons to the region and legislation to redraw the separation wall.
