Kishwer expressed strong support for the Israeli Palestinian Confederation (IPC), believing its model could help resolve not only the Israeli Palestinian conflict but also the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan.
He endorsed expanding the IPC concept to include joint initiatives in sports, music, film, and the arts, similar to Eurovision. Drawing on his background in religion, history, and politics, he compared the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the religious divisions that shaped the partition of Pakistan and the creation of Bangladesh. Kishwer also supported a supranational government model similar to the European Union and suggested that Jerusalem could be administered as an international city under the United Nations or the IPC. He noted that Pakistan’s government might support such a proposal, particularly with Saudi backing, while public opinion would largely depend on how Palestinians are treated in a final peace agreement.
