This meeting focused on planning elections for the Israeli-Palestinian Confederation (IPC), a proposed federal government for 15.5 million people in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. The IPC presented an election plan featuring 300 electoral districts of approximately 52,000 people each and an online voting portal managed by an election company. Discussions addressed candidate qualifications, voting procedures, election security, representation of diaspora and non-resident populations, public outreach, and practical implementation challenges. Participants also discussed possible modifications to the district structure and ways to strengthen the election system.
